The Business Operations PMO is a cross-functional operational role and serves as a central enabler of execution within the company.  The role is responsible for operational governance, budget control, process monitoring, and execution follow-up across the organization. It combines analytical work, operational coordination, and structured administrative execution.
This is a single-function role working closely with the COO and interfacing with PMOs across units, as well as leadership and professional teams.

In this role, you are responsible for

Operational Governance

  • Monitor plan vs. execution across organizational work plans
  • Track cross-organizational tasks and leadership decisions to ensure execution and closure
  • Consolidate operational and financial data from multiple stakeholders and conduct monthly and annual budget tracking (budget vs. actual) using Priority and other financial systems
  • Identify operational gaps, delays, risks, or budget deviations, and take corrective action or escalate when required
  • Provide structured tracking and operational support for cross-functional initiatives and project

 

Compliance Monitoring

  • Assist in the implementation of quality, security, and compliance-related policies and procedures derived from SOC2 and ISO requirements across the organization
  • Monitor adherence to compliance policies and ensure alignment in daily operations
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support regulatory alignment
  • Maintain structured compliance documentation and status tracking
  • Support audit preparation and follow-up activities

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Assist in the design and refinement of cross-departmental workflows and operational processes
  • Monitor implementation of agreed processes across departments and follow up on execution gaps
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Coordinate ongoing work with PMOs from other departments to ensure alignment and continuity
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on operational matters, including documentation tracking and process alignment

 

Coordination & Administration 

  • Prepare meeting summaries when needed and track action items to ensure follow-up and closure
  • Maintain structured documentation of decisions, approvals, and operational records
  • Coordinate international business travel (flights, accommodation, logistics) in alignment with company policy and monitor travel-related budgets and expense reports
  • Provide administrative support required for ongoing operational activities

To succeed in this role, you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a meaningful operational role (PMO, Operations, Business Operations, or a similar position)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across departments
  • Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with Priority – advantage
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to details, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of ownership and initiative, with the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Proven ability to learn new domains quickly
  • Comfort working in a high-accountability environment with close interaction with senior leadership
  • English proficiency
  • Experience supporting compliance processes (SOC2 / ISO / audit environments) – advantage
  • Experience in a scaling technology company – advantage
