The Sales Manager plays a central role in driving 4Cast’s growth by leading complex, high-impact sales processes with senior decision-makers across critical industries. This is a hands-on role for an experienced sales professional who thrives in long sales cycles, complex environments, and meaningful conversations with customers facing real operational and strategic challenges.

In this role, you are responsible for

  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline, including proactive pipeline development and structured lead qualification.
  • Own end-to-end sales execution: discovery, solution positioning, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Execute sales activities in alignment with the commercial direction and priorities set by the CEO.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with long decision cycles.
  • Own commercial execution for existing customers, including renewals, pricing discussions, contract extensions, and account expansion.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records on company systems for pipeline tracking, deal stages, and revenue forecasts.
  • Represent the company in selected industry events, conferences, and partner forums as part of sales activities.
  • Support sales execution through partners and indirect channels, as relevant.
  • Execute sales activities in close alignment with the CEO on deal strategy, positioning, and key decision points.
  • Coordinate closely with product, delivery, marketing, business development, and other sales roles to support deal execution and customer needs.
  • Share structured customer and market insights to support leadership decision-making and commercial planning.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and reporting practices.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2G sales or account management, preferably in enterprise or complex sales environments.
  • Proven experience owning full sales cycles, including pipeline building, lead qualification, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Experience selling technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
  • Strong advantage: familiarity with domains such as defense, emergency management, critical infrastructure, energy, or utilities.
  • Experience working with partners and indirect sales models; experience with SAP or the SAP ecosystem is a significant advantage.
  • Strong execution and follow-through capabilities.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in close alignment with senior leadership.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
