4Cast Decision Intelligence Platform is an AI-powered solution that provides decision support. Our platform uses advanced AI to model and simulate various scenarios, helping decision-makers explore impact, connect actions to outcomes, and choose the best courses of action.
The R&D Student joins the development team and takes part in the development, maintenance, and improvement of 4Cast Decision Intelligence Platform.
This role provides hands-on experience with exposure to both frontend and backend development, and close collaboration with developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
This role serves as an entry point to the R&D team, with the goal of training and developing high-potential students for future full-time Software Developer positions within the company.
In this role, you are responsible for
- Maintain and improve software components within 4Cast platform
- Work on development tasks as part of the team’s sprint and work plan
- Identify, analyze, and resolve software issues and bugs
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
- Work with QA and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Participate in agile development processes, including task planning, estimations, and code reviews
To succeed in this role, you’ll need
- 3rd or 4th year student in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Availability for at least 60% position
- Familiarity with Angular (14+), C#, and ASP.NET Core – a strong advantage
- Strong learning ability and motivation to grow professionally
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- English proficiency (reading and writing)
