4Cast Decision Intelligence Platform is an AI-powered solution that provides decision support. Our platform uses advanced AI to model and simulate various scenarios, helping decision-makers explore impact, connect actions to outcomes, and choose the best courses of action.
The Product Student supports the Product Management team in day-to-day product activities, including model building, system testing, customer-related requests, and operational support.
The role provides practical exposure to product management, customer implementations, and cross-functional work, with a clear development path toward a Product Manager position.
In this role, you are responsible for
- Build, configure, and maintain product models, in collaboration with Product Managers
- Support handling of customer-related requests in coordination with Product and Support teams
- Assist in preparing professional materials, including presentations, workshops, training content, and product documentation
- Perform system testing and validation, including functional testing, configuration checks, and data verification
- Analyze platform outputs and identify gaps, issues, or improvement opportunities
- Contribute to product documentation and internal knowledge management
- Assist with customer onboarding and training activities, as needed
To succeed in this role, you’ll need
- 3rd/4th year student in Industrial Engineering & Management
- Availability for at least 60% position (higher availability preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and structured working approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency (reading and writing)
- Previous experience in customer-facing or technical support roles – an advantage
