The Product Manager acts as the voice of the customer, bridging customer needs and business objectives to define high-level product requirements. In addition to shaping the product roadmap, this role serves as a subject matter expert on the 4Cast platform, supporting customer onboarding, delivering product training, and offering tailored guidance based on specific client needs. The Product Manager ensures that solutions delivered address real-world problems and align with the company’s vision.
In this role, you are responsible for
- Define the main features of a product, users and their needs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that the product must meet
- Develop and maintain high-level Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to guide the technical team
- Prioritize features and solutions based on customer impact and business value
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape features and products
- Build costumed models to articulate the value and functionality of the product
- Examine competitive markets to determine future capabilities, differentiation, and target audiences
- Collaborate with the BD team during sales processes to ensure product alignment with customer needs
- Support customer onboarding by delivering training sessions, onboarding materials, and platform demonstrations
- Provide expert guidance to clients, including custom model design and product configuration based on client requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries related to technical and operational issues, in coordination with internal teams
To succeed in this role, you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in product management, customer management or related roles
- Ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience delivering training sessions, onboarding materials, or product workshops to customers or internal teams
- Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into clear, actionable guidance for customers
- Customer-facing experience with a consultative approach – an advantage
- Team player, skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment
