Partner Manager – Defense (Europe-based)

4Cast is expanding its Defense domain and strengthening its strategic partnerships to support growing demand from military and national-security customers.
We’re looking for a Partner Manager to help scale our joint impact globally by building, deepening, and operationalizing strategic partnerships across the defense ecosystem.

This is a Europe-based role with flexibility on location, combining partnership management, sales enablement, and domain expertise in military readiness and defense operations. You will serve as 4Cast’s primary point of contact for key partners translating 4Cast’s value, enabling partner sales teams, identifying joint opportunities, and ensuring smooth collaboration across pre-sales, sales, and delivery processes.

4Cast Decision Intelligence Platform is an AI-powered solution that provides decision support to leaders and organizations. Our platform uses advanced AI to model and simulate various scenarios, helping decision-makers explore and choose the best courses of action.

In this role, you are responsible for

  • Serve as 4Cast’s primary liaison to strategic partners, building strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across sales, partner management, and solution teams.
  • Maintain ongoing alignment with partners’ strategic priorities and frameworks, ensuring 4Cast’s offerings are positioned effectively within partner ecosystems.
  • Coordinate joint planning efforts, including annual and quarterly priorities, shared goals, and co-selling initiatives.
  • Equip partner sales and account teams with clear, actionable knowledge of 4Cast’s products, value proposition, and differentiators.
  • Track and manage co-sell leads and opportunities, ensuring follow-through from early identification through deal closure.
  • Ensure smooth execution of partnership processes, including onboarding, marketplace presence, compliance requirements, documentation, and partner reporting.
  • Maintain visibility into partner programs, incentives, compensation models, and operational constraints to enable effective collaboration.
  • Coordinate closely with 4Cast’s cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Business Development, Delivery) to support joint initiatives, events, and customer engagements.
  • Stay up to date with defense-sector trends, procurement models, operational needs, and the unique dynamics of selling into military and national-security environments.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need

  • 5+ years of proven experience in partner management, sales or business development preferably working with global technology vendors or enterprise ecosystems.
  • Direct experience working with SAP, with strong familiarity with SAP’s partner ecosystem, operational frameworks, collaboration models, and internal workflows.
  • Deep understanding of defense, military, or national security environments, including operational concepts, procurement processes, and organizational structures.
  • Solid experience working with complex software products and enterprise platforms. Familiarity with data/analytics solutions, decision-support tools, or AI-driven systems – an advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence without authority across multiple organizations.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including coordination across multiple teams and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability and willingness to travel when required.
