4Cast Decision Intelligence Platform is an AI-powered solution that provides decision support. Our platform uses advanced AI to model and simulate various scenarios, helping decision-makers explore impact, connect actions to outcomes, and choose the best courses of action.
We’re looking for IT & Systems Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day operation of our internal IT environment. This role includes hands-on work with servers, networks, user support, and cybersecurity tools.
In this role, you are responsible for
- Administer a Microsoft-centric network (servers, services, and endpoints).
- Manage Hyper-V virtualization, including provisioning, performance tuning, and backup.
- Maintain, monitor, and patch Windows & Linux servers – physical and virtual.
- Configure and protect network & security equipment (FortiGate firewalls, Cisco switches/routers, Meraki Wi-Fi).
- Provide tier-2/3 technical support to employees during business hours (on-call for emergencies only).
- Install servers (remote ILO/IDRAC or on-site) and set up user endpoints (desktops & laptops).
- Implement security policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Leverage modern DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes) where relevant.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need
Microsoft ecosystem
- 2+ years administering Microsoft-based networks.
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, Domain Services, IIS, NTFS shares.
- Proven Hyper-V management experience.
- Relevant Microsoft and/or Cisco certifications.
Linux & Containers
- Working familiarity with Linux administration.
- Hands-on Docker experience – nice to have.
- Exposure to Kubernetes – nice to have.
Networking & Security
- FortiGate firewall configuration, VPNs, and security policies.
- Cisco switching/routing: VLAN design, troubleshooting, Meraki Wi-Fi.
