In this role, you’ll lead the charge in expanding our solutions into new markets. By identifying high-value opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping 4Cast’s commercial success.

In this role, you are responsible for

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential leads in commercial markets.
  • Actively engage with potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of 4Cast’s solutions to decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute customized sales strategies to lead prospects through the sales cycle to closure.
  • Maintain a robust follow-up process with prospects, ensuring timely responses and progress through the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and contracts, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar deals, including licensing and setup agreements, ensuring profitability and long-term value.
  • Monitor ongoing opportunities and manage CRM systems to track progress, tasks, and communications.
  • Design and propose scalable business models, including pricing structures and recurring revenue strategies, to align with customer needs and organizational goals.
  • Execute on CEO-driven guidance to establish the company’s presence in targeted markets.
  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key strategic partners.
  • Manage existing partnerships, ensuring alignment on goals, joint success metrics, and maximizing value creation.
  • Identify and negotiate new partnership opportunities, focusing on long-term collaboration.
  • Work closely with CEO and BD members to share insights and leverage joint opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure alignment on market needs, product positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Act as a point of contact between external stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need

  • Minimum of 12 years in business development and sales, with a focus on sophisticated software enterprise solutions
  • Proven success in closing large-scale, multi-year global deals
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships, including legal, commercial, and technical aspects
  • Technically oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders and understand complex software solutions
  • Hands-on and results-driven, with a focus on execution.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including the ability to interpret and make recommendations and decisions based on data
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of seniority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Experience with SAP or similar tech platforms is an advantage
  • English proficiency
