4Cast Decision Intelligence Platform is an AI-powered solution that provides decision support to leaders and organizations. Our platform uses advanced AI to model and simulate various scenarios, helping decision-makers explore and choose the best courses of action.
As a Customer Success, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them throughout their entire journey with 4Cast – from onboarding and implementation to long-term adoption and value realization.
Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will ensure successful deployments, drive customer engagement and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. This role combines customer relationship management, project leadership, operational thinking, and the ability to work with advanced technology in a mission-critical environment.
In this role, you are responsible for
- Manage strategic customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the 4Cast platform.
- Understand customer objectives, operational challenges, and business needs, and align solutions accordingly.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with Product, Support, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure timely issue resolution and successful project execution.
- Drive implementation of new capabilities, upgrades, and customer initiatives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, identify opportunities to increase platform adoption, and deliver continuous business value.
- Configure and maintain customer environments, including data management, model setup, and ongoing system updates.
- Collect customer feedback and translate insights into recommendations for product and service improvements.
- Perform functional validation of new capabilities from the customer’s perspective to ensure they support operational workflows and business requirements.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need
- Previous experience in Customer Success, software implementation, project management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- IDF officer with the rank of Captain or above – significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field – advantage.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn complex software platforms.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with AI tools for productivity, information analysis, and day-to-day work.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
